On June 6, 2012, the Ontario Ministry of the Environment released the Draft Great Lakes Strategy and Draft Great Lakes Protection Act...

The Toronto and Region Remedial Action Plan is managed by representatives from Environment Canada, Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Toronto and Region Conservation Authority.

This document provides the draft sortings of the 1994 Clean Waters, Clear Choices Remedial Action Plan Specific Targets and Recommended Actions on a Beneficial Use Impairment basis, and will be open for review and comment at April 20, 2011 RAP Technical Review and Update workshop. 

If you are not able to attend the April 20 workshop, please stay tuned for the second draft sorting to be posted online later this Spring.  The second draft sorting will incorporate feedback received at the April 20 workshop, and will be open for a written and online comment period.
